Optimum Scouting is founded by Eric Galko, who has worked in the player evaluation and consulting role for over a decade, providing hands on experience across all uses of player evaluation, player personnel, and player process decision making. A graduate of Villanova Law School, Eric, along with his team, provide unique approaches and critical thinking in the sports world.
